Stephany Whitted is a Senior Agent at Ignition Dealer Services. She has 15+ years of retail experience from sales professional to regional general manager of multiple stores and everything in between. She also is a graduate of the NADA Dealer Academy. With her knowledge of all facets of the dealership world, Stephany can relate to her clients in more ways than one and is able understand them on a different level. Stephany is passionate about what she does and takes great pride in helping her clients achieve their goals. Their success is her success.
Stephany’s competitive nature also makes her unafraid to take on new challenges and achieve new goals and opportunities. In her free time Stephany enjoys being outdoors on the water and soaking up the sunshine with her two dogs Huck and Finn.
Michael Kunes
Michael has been a part of the automotive industry since he was 14, starting as a porter. He has worked in several roles in the dealership, including sales, finance, sales management, and general manager. In total, he has spent 17 years in the industry.
Process and Training are his claim to fame in making a strong F&I department. As an agent, he will ensure that managers follow a strategic process and are equipped with the knowledge and tools to run a profitable finance department. Teamwork makes the dream work!
Michael holds a bachelor's degree from Marian University, where he played baseball and tennis. He now has three children and enjoys spending time with his family and watching as many sporting events as possible.

Chris Reshel is a Senior Agent at Ignition Dealer Services. He has over 30 years of retail auto experience, including service, sales, F&I, and ownership. Chris is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys fishing, boating, camping, and off-roading with his family.
He brings that same passion to his clients.With 20 years of experience in the F&I department, Chris has developed a strong background in people and processes. He now applies a fresh approach as an agent to provide his dealers with more effective training and products and stands with his clients to help them achieve their goals.
